In Angela Shelton's presentation of Be Your Own Hero, she takes you through her powerful and hilarious power point on Removing the Sword of Trauma and Reclaiming Your Power along with the Warrior Workbook. Angela shares her concept of how experiencing any type of trauma is similar to being pierced with a sword. She takes you through the process of acknowledging the sword, removing it, and then using the sword in your life as a warrior instead of a victim. Your faith, dedication and creativity will be inspired after hearing Angela Shelton speak. Angela honestly and hilariously shares her findings after surveying people across America for years and seeing their patterns of pain and suffering, as well as her own.
